Long sales processes and heavy administrative tasks

Obton offers long-term investments in solar energy. Because the minimum investment is DKK 750,000, the path from the first consideration to a realized investment is long. This places great demands on patience and administration, and here the existing workflows hampered efficiency.

Everyday life was characterized by a number of repetitive, manual tasks in connection with confirmations and documentation. This stole valuable time from employees, and it quickly became clear that both the screening and the actual onboarding of new investors were feeling the pressure. A single, unified system was missing that could tie the data together and eliminate the heavy routine tasks.

Screening and onboarding new investors requires precise documentation and sharp follow-ups. At Obton, these repetitive processes took up an unnecessary amount of time in everyday life. Employees spent energy on manual keystrokes rather than focusing on direct dialogue, creating a clear need to streamline the entire investor journey.
Dispersed, disconnected platforms

Difficult to share knowledge across the house

Obton was already using several different platforms to handle their data. The systems didn't talk to each other, which made workflows unnecessarily complicated and information isolated in individual departments. In order to scale the business, it was crucial to integrate the platforms so that everyone was looking at the same updated data.

Automation directly in HubSpot

We helped Obton on their journey to become HubSpot super users. This involved onboarding 50 employees from different departments and, not least, setting up automated workflows in HubSpot.

It started with workflows for handling and onboarding investors. But subsequently, HubSpot's many possibilities have branched out into the rest of the company, for example, automated email flows in communication and marketing as well as customer management at Obton's customer service.

Obton was already using several different platforms for handling data. We ensured that the platforms were integrated, so that the upgrade to HubSpot was a good and painless investment.
