Our contract terms are 1 month plus the current month. We work with the shortest possible contract terms because we believe that as long as we create value, we can maintain our partnership. And if we can no longer create value, you should be able to move on easily.

You’ll be assigned a dedicated project manager whom you can always contact if you have any questions. The project manager ensures that all initiatives are aligned with the strategy and serves as the link between you and our team of specialists.

In our collaborations, we integrate our marketing tech stack. This means you’ll receive a comprehensive monthly report that pulls data from all the major platforms. In addition, we set up heat maps and mouse tracking so we can see how your visitors behave.

Every month, we hold a monthly meeting where we review the initiatives from the previous month, the results of those initiatives, and the initiatives for the coming month. In addition, we are in ongoing dialogue about our tasks and are happy to schedule regular meetings on a weekly basis or every 14 days. In our experience, we typically communicate every week—sometimes several times a week.
