How Versalift became data-driven across three countries

Udfordringen

Outdated systems and scattered marketing across countries

Versalift sells, installs and services lifts on box trucks and chassis in more than 12 countries. With so many markets, it required one unified system for customer management, marketing and sales, but an outdated CRM system and numerous Excel sheets created wasted time and duplicated work.

Content was produced several times across countries, and marketing efforts primarily consisted of trade fairs, flyers and brochures, where the effect was impossible to measure.

At the same time, Versalift lacked an internal overview of how their marketing efforts were actually performing across their Nordic websites. 

One system across borders

HubSpot as a foundation for 100+ employees

We were responsible for the implementation, training and onboarding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Service Hub in Versalift's departments in Denmark, the UK and the US.

More than 100 employees were onboarded through over 10 workshops, and we set up an automation environment that strengthens both marketing efforts and administrative processes.

Today, a large number of employees use HubSpot to keep an overview, collaborate internationally and automate processes.

From trade fair stand to digital growth

A marketing department that works together with sales

Together with Versalift, we took the leap from traditional trade show marketing to a digital and data-driven approach. This created a significantly stronger collaboration between sales and marketing, and we functioned as an extension of Versalift's marketing department across their departments in Denmark, England and the USA with sparring, paid ads and content.

A website and conversion setup that brings together three markets

A new website and a conversion setup that creates an overview

We developed a new website with a simple and consistent design across Versalift's three language layers in Denmark, Sweden and Norway, with a dynamic product catalog and integration with HubSpot, so that all leads are entered directly into the system.

Together with Versalift, we also built a conversion setup that tracks and analyzes conversions across the three websites, standardizes data between markets and categorizes conversions into, for example, sales and service.

It's all built around ongoing sparring and regular reporting meetings, where we put data in context and use the insights to optimize Versalift's marketing efforts.

100+ employees onboarded and conversion rates above target

Versalift has gained one unified system that strengthens collaboration across countries and departments, while several processes have been automated and streamlined.

The new website and conversion setup also provide a useful and easy-to-understand overview, making it possible to act on data rather than gut feelings, regardless of whether you are in marketing, sales or service.

Average 14.5% conversion rate in 2024, against a target of 10%.

Conversion rate hit 19% in October 2024 and averaged 17% from December 2024 to March 2025.
