What is HubSpot?

With more than 265,000 customers across 135 countries, HubSpot is quite simply the world’s largest and leading automation platform for inbound marketing, sales, customer service, operations, CMS, and CRM. With HubSpot, you get access to virtually all the tools you need to ensure an end-to-end inbound process throughout your entire organization—from marketing to sales and on to customer service. This means you gain complete insight into your leads and customers across your entire organization.

Create Synergy Across the Organization

HubSpot really comes into its own and delivers its immense value when you start integrating your activities and thereby create synergy across your marketing and sales efforts. In short: HubSpot puts an end to siloed work!

Learn more about HubSpot in this video, where they introduce the system in their own words

The all-in-one solution

In many ways, HubSpot is an all-in-one solution that brings together all the tools you need for the day-to-day operations of your marketing department. At the same time, the system can be tailored precisely to your business and your needs.

With an advanced CRM system and a strong focus on leads, your marketing is also closely integrated with the sales function, making it easy for your company to manage the handoff of leads from the marketing department to the sales department.

inbound-methodology-all-stages

This process is called inbound, and it can be illustrated by the diagram below, which shows some of the tactics that can be part of an inbound strategy. Unlike outbound marketing—such as traditional telemarketing—you attract customers to you through valuable and trustworthy content:

model-strangers-prospects-customers-promoters-danish_updated

By focusing on a single system based on the customer journey, you reduce friction between marketing, sales, and service.

Ideally, your business could cover all these areas within a single system, but that might seem almost utopian. That’s why it’s worth considering whether you’re facing challenges with one or more of the points above—and if so, whether HubSpot can help resolve them.

To help you tailor your HubSpot solution to your needs, it’s divided into six different business areas—Hubs—with varying levels: Marketing, Sales, Service, Commerce, Data, and Content (CMS). On top of all this is CRM, which is free and included in all solutions.

Read more about the different Hubs in the next chapter.

HubSpot and Inbound Marketing

HubSpot’s clear philosophy is based on accompanying each individual throughout the entire buying journey with a unique relationship and tailored communication, using buyer personas, the buyer’s journey, and—not least—marketing automation. This is also known as inbound marketing and differs from traditional marketing (outbound marketing) in that it focuses on sharing relevant and valuable information rather than sales messages about your products.

Inbound marketing is about creating valuable experiences that have a positive impact on your customers and your business. Unlike outbound marketing, you don’t have to fight for the attention of your existing and potential customers.

By creating content designed to address the problems and needs your customers have, you attract qualified traffic and leads, with whom you can build trust and credibility so that they ultimately choose your business.

You can read more about inbound marketing here.

From Funnel to Flywheel: The Buyer’s Journey Should Be Viewed as a Circular Process

The Flywheel is HubSpot’s version of the classic sales funnel, but adapted to their system to explain the momentum you gain when you align your entire organization to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

To us, this makes perfect sense: if you view the process as a one-way funnel, there’s a risk of forgetting about customers once they’ve made their way through it and completed a purchase.

Flywheel_2026_Danish_version

With the Flywheel approach, it’s a circular process in which existing customers are also looked after and nurtured, so that good relationships are maintained and trust is built.

In this way, you leverage your customers’ momentum to generate referrals and testimonials, thereby driving additional sales. Essentially, your business continues to “spin” within the Flywheel as you align your entire organization to deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring your customers remain happy and satisfied.

When you use the inbound approach as your foundation—focusing on attracting, engaging, and satisfying customers—you’re constantly developing your Flywheel, which leads to an even better customer experience.

You can read more about the Flywheel here.

What Does HubSpot Cost?

Are you considering whether HubSpot is the right solution for you, but unsure about the cost?

As a HubSpot Platinum Partner, we’re obviously huge advocates for the solution, but we also know that HubSpot is an investment that shouldn’t be taken lightly—and it’s not for everyone.

The key here is that you’re willing to allocate both time and resources to get started, because even though the system has become more user-friendly over the years, the solution will be doomed from the start without thorough and wholehearted onboarding and training of employees. But if you’re all-in on inbound marketing and sales, HubSpot is a great investment as one of the best marketing automation solutions on the market.

The key benefits are that you’ll streamline your daily marketing and sales tasks and simplify your reporting.

Mindweiss Gained Success, Confidence, and Energy with HubSpot

We helped Mindweiss with the implementation and onboarding of HubSpot, giving them the structure and data-driven approach to their sales department that they were missing. The result was clear: “Where we used to rely on gut feelings, we now have fact-based insights. This has given us both confidence and energy.”

HubSpot also eliminates the need to use multiple platforms for website management, social media planning, emails, workflows, blog hosting, service tools, and more. In short, you can say goodbye to your CMS, your service software, your sales software, and your marketing planning software—and say hello to HubSpot, which brings it all together. You get all that and more with HubSpot’s wide range of resources and tools.

How can we help with HubSpot?

We offer a wide range of HubSpot services:

Can My Systems Be Integrated with HubSpot?

The short answer is yes. HubSpot has its own app marketplace, which offers more than 1,000 integrations for HubSpot. Interest in HubSpot is skyrocketing, and as a result, the number of integrations is also growing rapidly. You can integrate HubSpot with the most popular software, including:

  • Gmail and other Google products

  • Office 365

  • WordPress

  • Google Ads

  • Claude

  • Zapier

  • Zoom

  • Slack

  • Mailchimp

  • Typeform

  • WooCommerce

  • SurveyMonkey

  • Shopify

  • Eventbrite

... and many, many more. In addition to the integrations already developed, HubSpot has an open API, so you can build your own integration between your system and HubSpot. You can read more about this in their HubSpot for Developers section.

Why Use a HubSpot Partner?

To start with, you can get started on your own with the HubSpot CRM Free and HubSpot Starter versions. That way, you can get going without spending money on anything other than the software. However, you probably won’t get the most out of the system, since you’ll have to set it up yourself and figure everything out on your own. It’s a very user-friendly system, so we’re not saying it can’t be done—but the system can do so many things that it can be hard to know exactly which setup will provide the most value for you.

Read more about why it’s a good idea to choose a HubSpot partner for implementation and onboarding in our blog post “5 Benefits of Choosing a Partner to Implement HubSpot.”

If you’d rather use HubSpot Professional instead of the free versions, you’ll need onboarding. Here, you can either choose HubSpot’s own standard onboarding or select a partner (such as us). HubSpot’s own onboarding offers nothing more than the absolute bare minimum, and because it’s a standard solution, HubSpot’s pricing is very competitive.

With a partner, however, you’ll receive consulting, training, and guidance tailored to your specific needs and your business. That’s why HubSpot itself recommends using a national partner to get the most out of HubSpot.

If you need an Enterprise solution, you’ll need an Enterprise-certified partner (that could be us, too). The requirements here are high, as the solution is often comprehensive and requires a deep understanding of HubSpot.

We offer solutions that cater to all levels of HubSpot, and we always thoroughly familiarize ourselves with your business and your needs before recommending solutions and setting them up.
