Mindweiss helps companies throughout the Nordic region with leadership development and recruitment, but lacked a tool to structure their own sales efforts.

They had previously tried a CRM system, but never got around to using it optimally, and the workflow ended up returning to manual Excel sheets and sales based on networks and gut feelings. As the company grew, the need for a more structured approach became clear.

The onboarding started with the basics, getting the system set up and employees using it, and has since grown to also include strategy, business development and sales processes.
