For many years, A-Sport has been run by mobile salespeople who visited schools, sports clubs and institutions in person. Busier everyday lives for physical education teachers and other decision-makers meant that A-Sport could no longer count on reaching their target group through a physical visit.

A comprehensive digital strategy

We set up Google Ads so that A-Sport would appear when the target group themselves searched for their products, and supplemented it with Facebook Ads to drive additional traffic to the website.

A keyword analysis and ongoing SEO consulting strengthened organic visibility, while we gathered A-Sport's large amount of existing content so that it could be used in the best possible way.

Email marketing with lead nurturing and event-specific mail flows, for example around Black Friday, ensured that more potential customers were warmed up and converted. It was all tied together by a long-term plan with quarterly strategy meetings with A-Sport's own marketing team.
