HubSpot became the center of automation for Obton

Obton, which offers long-term investments in solar energy, optimized and streamlined a wide range of processes with HubSpot. Automation in several different departments has saved the company time and made onboarding of new investors smoother. Itch Marketing was responsible for implementing HubSpot, training employees, and setting up a range of automatic workflows.

Obton's challenge

Obton had a series of repetitive processes related to confirmations and documentation that required time and unnecessary repetitive work. The company's products are long-term investments of at least 750,000 DKK. Therefore, there is a long way from the first investment consideration to a realized investment.

Screening and onboarding of investors could become more efficient by being automated, so that Obton's employees could better utilize their time.

Our solution

We helped Obton on their journey to becoming HubSpot super users. This involved onboarding 50 employees from various departments and setting up automated workflows in HubSpot.

It started with workflows for handling and onboarding investors. But subsequently, HubSpot's many capabilities have branched out into the rest of the company with automated email flows in the communication and marketing departments, as well as customer management in Obton's customer service.

Obton was already using several different platforms for data management. We ensured that the platforms were integrated, so the upgrade to HubSpot was a good and painless investment.

The result

Onboarding and implementing HubSpot resulted in a more efficient everyday work for several employees. With training and education, Obton's employees became proficient in using HubSpot and benefited from it.

Automatic workflows created fewer repetitive tasks in several different departments. HubSpot became the automation machine at the center, which collects Obton's ecosystem of digital systems. A real success story.
